Shipping and Returns Policy

At NandGate, we strive to provide high-quality electrical supplies to the trade. Because of the technical and safety-critical nature of electrical equipment, our return policy is designed to ensure that every part we sell is safe, uncompromised, and reliable.
1. Local Pickup (Will Call)

Order Readiness: You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup at our facility.

Identification: For your protection, a valid ID or authorized company purchase order (PO) may be required at the time of pickup.

Unclaimed Orders: Orders not picked up within 20 business days may be subject to a restocking fee or cancellation.
2. Shipping (Future Logistics)
While NandGate currently focuses on local distribution, any future shipping services will be subject to the following:

Freight & Handling: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Inspection: Customers must inspect all shipments for “hidden damage” within 24 hours of receipt.
3. Return Policy (Electrical Trade Exceptions)
To maintain the safety and integrity of our inventory, the following rules apply:

Non-Returnable Items: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Any item that has been energized (installed or connected to power).

Wire or cable that has been cut to a specific length.
-
Special order items that are not part of our standard stock.

Original Packaging: Returns are only accepted for items in their original, unopened, and “like-new” packaging.

Restocking Fees: All approved returns are subject to a [Insert 20%?] restocking fee to cover the cost of inspection and processing.
4. Manufacturer Warranties

No Independent Warranty: NandGate is a distributor, not a manufacturer. All products are sold with the manufacturer’s warranty only.

Labor Costs: NandGate is not responsible for any labor costs, travel time, or “downtime” associated with the replacement of a defective part.

The Process: If a product is suspected to be defective, we will facilitate the warranty claim with the manufacturer on your behalf.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
Please report any shortages or damaged products within 48 hours of pickup or delivery. Beyond this window, we cannot guarantee a replacement or credit.
