  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to the Buyer upon our delivery to the carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, or freight providers).

  • Electrical Parts: Items that have been installed, energized, or removed from original packaging may not be eligible for return due to safety and testing requirements.

  • Restocking Fees: NandGate reserves the right to charge a restocking fee (typically 15-25%) on approved returns.
